Images: When you upload an image for enhancement, it is temporarily processed by our AI system. Images are not stored permanently on our servers and are deleted after processing is complete.

Email Address: If you use the free trial, we collect your email address for one-time verification (OTP). We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect billing information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Technical Data: We collect anonymized data such as IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Cookies: We use a minimal session cookie (mib_key) to remember your enhancement key. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

3. How We Use Your Data

To process and deliver image enhancements.
To verify your email for free trial access.
To process payments and deliver enhancement keys.
To prevent abuse and ensure fair usage.
To improve the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing.
Resend — for transactional email delivery (OTP verification).
AI Processing Provider — images are sent to our AI provider for enhancement and are not retained by them after processing.

5. Data Retention

Images: Deleted immediately after processing. Not stored.
Email addresses: Retained for the purpose of free trial verification and fraud prevention.
Payment records: Retained as required by law and Stripe's policies.
Enhancement keys: Retained until all credits are used or the key expires.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request deletion of your personal data.
Object to or restrict processing of your data.
