By accessing or using Make It Better ("the Service"), operated at makeitbetter.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Make It Better is an AI-powered image enhancement service that processes user-uploaded images to improve their quality, resolution, and clarity. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Accounts & Access

Free users receive one complimentary enhancement per session after email verification.
Paid users receive enhancement credits by purchasing a key ($2.99 for 10 enhancements).
Keys are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.
You are responsible for keeping your key secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
Upload images that violate the rights of third parties.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit enhanced images produced by the Service without owning or having rights to the original content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the enhancement. We do not store, sell, or use your images for any other purpose.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Enhancement keys are delivered instantly after successful payment.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used, by contacting us at the email below.
Partially used keys are not eligible for refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

Service interruptions or downtime.
Loss of data or images.
Quality of enhanced images not meeting expectations.
Unauthorized access to your account or key.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
